She might get some adjustments sometime soon. Like Bard though it did take some time before they buffed him and brought out the usefulness of his kit.

I find it funny how riot keeps releasing these "control mages" giving them virtually no damage scaling, and somehow expects them to not be complete trash.
Bard is a perfect parallel here. He's intended to be a highly mobile control style mage on release, so he was given pitifully low numbers, and basically useless until he was buffed to ~equivalent mage damage.
