Absolutely awful. I just played a game where the opposing team had 2 tanks with 3k health simply walk through turrets.
It's not fun at all, it's so unbalanced and ridiculous because there is really nothing you can do 3v1, they simply ignore the turret.
Riot should really buff the turrets again, make them something unpleasant instead of a tickle that soraka or another healer can simply heal right through.
The only healer that will come close to soraka is late game taric. All the others have fairly weak heals.
Rakas problem is that its such a low cd spell.
Her old heal should have been kept.
Her q changed to the aoe but if landed reduce the cd on w.
E changed to its current form.
She can be god awful to lane against.
They're making 4th dragon reduces turret dmg. As if turret isn't already useless by 4th dragon lol
When has a 3v1 tower dive ever been easy to fend off? If pulled off right they have always been easy kills.
