I thought we were done complaining about Lethality

I keep seeing posts about how "200+ armor becomes <20 armor just because lethality" posts on the boards.

For the last time, the max pen you can get from lethality is 45 and that is at level 18. Even with % penetration, you can't get below 50 armor if you're actually a tank.
