how do i get my team to help me do dragon? (in urf)

with how strong elder is, if the enemys take it they most likely take a free baron aswell. and idk how to make my team help me do dragon.

to the people saying "stop tryhard play for fun" sorry but my base mentality of objectives>everything else sticks. and giving the game away for some minions just isnt fun to me.
