This is the epitome of terrible design. One damage ability, either she is God-tier or worthless. They need to just gut her until they rework her.

Dude, check the Zoe build. Any burst mage or assassins could have done the same. Love when a Zed or Talon (or MF with 
and crit build) does the same, it's considered balanced.
