Yorick needs a shift in power

One of my mains he is soo good but to hard to play laning phase hes just too prone to ganks its very hard to not push without getting bullied in lane if you could take out some of his base damage and add more ghoul control like you can control one more ghoul and if you want you can spawn with only 2 graves minimal instead of 3 in exchange for less raw AD base damage. This makes him not feel so hopeless when he needs graves just to spawn ghouls and cant do a thing at that moment its just too much of a punish window to leave a tank with.
