How to make the new champion select a better experience

If you don't accept the game you get a 1 day ban If you don't ban a champ you get a 3 day ban If you don't lock in a champ you get a 7 day ban If you leave champ select you get a 14 day ban If you leave champ select when the counter reaches to 10 or lower you get a permanent ban

I think everyone will be able to play the game now with these changes :)
