Conqueror Mundo broken now?

Never tried this before but as long as the conqueror rune has changed im willing to try it on Mundo. In my head it seems op but idk if it will actually be that good comparable to Grasp for example. Tell me your thoughts or even your experience on conqueror Mundo if u have tried this after the new preseason patch. PS: imagine having ocean soul as well
