Change autofill

Autofill should not be used in ranked in it's current state (or at all). Auto fill should be treated as a toggle, many players do not mind auto filling, as they are a jack of all trades, meanwhile a lot of people only play a few roles. For example, I only play top and mid, as I hate duo lanes due to one persons f*ck ups being saved by someone else and not being punished. Auto fill should be a toggle, where if you do not mind longer Que times, you can toggle it off.
