Nerf Leblanc's Distortion
Leblanc's damage is fine, as is her CC. However, her mobility is far too good and takes little skill to outplay the enemy with.
Make it so that Distortion's CD doesn't start until after she either teleports back, or the distortion is gone. Also, make the distortion last less longer so that she has a smaller window to fucking troll people. Add an icon that tells the Leblanc how long she has until the distortion is gone.
This will separate the god awful Leblanc players that can delete any champion and then get away from a witchhunt just by pressing W or R whenever they feel like it, from the good ones that don't need to abuse any of that bull shit.
If I can get away from the enemy consistently as Leblanc then there's a problem. I am a god awful fucking player and I have one of THE worst decision making skills you would ever see in your entire life.
Leblanc takes little skill mechanically, it's a fact. The thing that's SUPPOSED to be separating the bad players from the good players, is decision making. A Leblanc should need to know when to Distort in and back... Except right now they don't.
Make Leblanc players have to worry about the fact that their 10(6 with 40% CDR) second dash/teleport is not cooling down for the x(currently 4) seconds the distortion is up.
Good players will be able to still make those LC$Plays Rito is fond of, while the bad players will be punished for their bad decision making skills.
As it is, her zero skill mobility, combined with her high damage, and CC, makes her overpowered.
I've seen people suggest they nerf her chains because it has a 25% slow on the tether, and the tether is long as hell, but that's honestly not a problem. The ONLY reason it's a problem is because of the amount of mobility Leblanc has.
By nerfing her Distortion, Leblanc's Chains become a more valuable resource.
At low levels of play, you literally do not need to use Leblanc's chains to do well with her.
With these changes, you WILL feel like you actually need to make proper use of her chains, and you WILL feel it if you make bad use of them.
