Block list! But if you block a summoner this summoner can never play with you again!

Now that an old suggestion and the downside of that would be that higher elo would never find games

But the solution to this would be this only apply for plat and lower!!

Now the good thing

We all know that Riot dosent ban Int feeders and trolls because they always go under the category "Just a bad game" With that excuse many trolls and Int feeders (Obvious ones) have increase and they destroy games because they know that no effect would take action on their account!

But with the block list this would be fixed! How? well simple you want to be troll? and destroy games? Guess what now you are on the Block list of everyone good luck finding games now!!

You think that trolls and int feeders would continue doing that? Nope because finding no game at all or find games with other trolls that are blocked from normal players mean that they would never see a win screen and they would end up in a loop!

Now people may say "Isnt that too harsh? even ban have a 14 days period"

Well the player in order to get off the block list of someone he would have to have more than 15 games that he play normally after that you will recieve a message that would say "The X summoner in your block list is now reformed do you win to unlock him unlock him creates a better gameplay for everyone"

This would fix the game for ever! i am pretty sure this would reduce the trolls and players would have better gameplay GG
