Azir: A Quality of Life Change to Make Him Fit His Roles

I love Azir, but one thing that always struck me as odd is that his Roles are Mage, which makes sense, and Marksman. Now, I understand that he is a Marksman in the sense that he has an auto-attack driven style, but I always found it odd that he, as a Marksman, does not work well with on-hit effects. I personally think that exchanging Spell Effects for On-Hit Effects for his Sand Soldier auto-attacks would lend better to Azir's play-style.
