Trying to reconnect/black screen/unexpected login error on MAC

So I've been having this problem all year with my mac and the league client. I am currently using a a 2018 Macbook Pro and on university/residence wifi and constantly getting errors when trying to launch the client. Sometimes I would get lucky and it would launch in one try, however most of the time I would restart my Macbook multiple times and would still get the same errors. Is there any solutions to this?
