The remake system needs a look taken at it

I just played a game where a member of my team connected to the game but disconnected immediately, didn't move, didn't leave fountain, didn't buy items, didn't do anything but we couldn't remake just because he connected to the game. I'm really upset about this because I went 18/6/13 with 300 cs despite having to 1v2 and it being a 4v5 from the start, and it was just insanely frustrating. If it wasn't a 4v5 we would have won, but we couldn't remake. This isn't the first time this has happened either, ive had people connect and go "im jungler and forgot smite, ill disconnect to save you guys the loss" and we couldn't remake. I think the rules need to be changed because in cases like this where it is a 4v5 at 3 minutes but just because they connected even if they didn't leave fountain we cant remake are insanely frustrating.
