Farming/dueling jg's good in this meta

I've been a shyvana main ever since I started playing this game. I left jg and I'm trying to see how this plays out. My theory is that since you have to fight for scuttle now, champions like Jax, you, shyvana, Kha'zix, etc will be strong since they can kill tanks and assasins. They also have faster clears. I don't see a tank jg meta being good because of these changes and assassins can't stand up against these dueling jg's except kha'zix because of isolation. Anyways are these jg's going to be stong in the sense they have more controll over scuttle and can Denny the lvl 3 ganks or use it for themselves.
