TFT: So does Shapeshifters ever lose?

Every game there's the one or two shapeshifter comps, which proceed to wreck face. It's guaranteed top 4, and seems like usually top 2.

The problem is that they're just so tanky and they all put out pretty good damage, except for elise. No matter what I build I can never seem to cut through their beeeeeeffffffff.
