Explain "high tier people" Gold and up basically since im a"silver scrub"

Lebron put up 60 points but his team plays poorly and only puts up say 20. The enemy team doesn't really have a super solid player aka carry and altogather puts up 100. He still loses regardless of the fact that he scored 60 points. As the coach your not going to shame lebron and tell him you played like shit its you fault your team lost. He put up 60, and he did his part to win the game. His team did not perform that well and altogether only scrounged up 20. Hows lebron aka solo quer supposed to win if is team isnt performing. Maybe in some cases the team he plays against isnt that good and his 60 is enough but in most cases that won't be the case. Its a "TEAM" game for a reason. Even if your"a god" if a team that your placed with performs poorly for whatever reason (feeding, communication, assholes, etc) Your not going to win. Aslo dont just say" thats where you belong/be better". That doesn't tell me anything. In fact that just is enraging.
