Give Sona some active reward for actually tagging allies, usually it's just pointless, you catch whoever with your auras and nobody really prioritizes getting into them because invisible power

Give the extra proc a cooldown, so you can't just spam for a instant stream of powerchords Compensate by reducing the range of those auras a little, to make it a challenge even with all the mobility in the game
