AFK's In Ranked

Dear Riot I have a suggestion. I think many people will agree that afk's in ranked (especially in lower elo's) are rampant and problematic. My particular issue isn't that people who afk in ranked are penalized (I honestly don't care). My problem is that I'm penalized when other people afk. For my LP (which should be an indication of my individual skill) to be diminished for being unfortunate enough to be paired with a person who for whatever reason (Again I honestly don't care why) is unable to contribute seems horribly unfair. On the flip side I understand that giving a team a pass because a teammate afk'd could easily be exploited. So here is my suggestion. At the end of the game if any teammate is afk that they take the entire lp for the team. If more then one is afk the lose is divided evenly between them. This would allow player who are playing well (but are unlucky) to progress while adding sufficient incentive against rigging the system.
