Changes that should take place

This is just my opinion and I really don't care what anyone has to say about it so I'm going to jump straight to the point. I believe Riot should: -Make twisted treeline's surrender requirement 2/3 instead of 3/3 -Allow a voting poll for leaving a game. So if your teammates are okay with you leaving, they click "yes" or something like that and you can bypass leaver buster -Either put a separate bracket for matchmaking for everyone below level 8, or make flash available at level 3, since it's such a useful and game-changing spell that can really give someone a heavy advantage just because they played a little more League. -Fix the Account xp level requirements. Like. I know you guys wanna be unique... but why do I need 504 xp to be level 8? Why the 4? Is it so you can laugh as people are stuck on 502 xp after they couldn't surrender a 50 minute long twisted treeline game because didn't want to surrender?(Kinda ties in with my first complaint) Just stop trying so hard to be special and just make the game good for once with some kind of decently balanced matchmaking...

And that's all I can think of right now. I usually never post but all of this really bothers me.
