Ekko Ultimate, Quality of Life - Grey Health

Since grey health has become a solid president with the addition of Pyke. .. Can we do something about Ekko's Ultimate? I think this sort of visual could be useful for indicating how much health he has lost over the previous 4 seconds, and so how much health he would regain if he were to use his ultimate at that moment.
