Yo Kassadin! you're too strong man, lets just make your ult to have a balanced 5 minute cooldown, your Q no longer silences things ( we don't care if you make a joke about silencing tho - now you're the joke), we'll give you a magic shield tho so you can absorb a tick from sunfire ( that would be enough), not black shield tho so you can get CC'ed, let's kill your W so you'll might aswell not even lvl it up.
