Aatrox's new Q is a really cool ability but I think it misses the mark for the intended thematics.

I get the impression that the new Aatrox is supposed to be about power over finesse. His Q communicates that with its long delays and clunkiness.

The problem is that it has this "tip of the sword" mechanic where you have to have high accuracy with such a delayed ability in order to get the full power. It clashes with the idea of him being a brute.

Conceptually it feels like an ability I'd expect to see on a mage tbh. The area denial coupled with the sweet spot makes more sense for a less aggressive character.
