Actual, and final attempt, at a kindred rework
Passive: kindred can collect marks around the map to get more powerful (same 1st passive)
Second part of passive: when frenzy of wolf is not being used or is on CD, when there is a champion in 130 units of kindred, wolf will attack, scaling with marks but not scaling with kindreds atk speed
Q: the same, except when hitting enemy champ with it, gives (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) MS for 2 seconds
W: Same except reduces Q cd by 40% instead of 50. Wolf now prioritizes enemy champs when entering circle. (This one still scales with her atk speed tho)
E: slows target marking them causing them to take true damage from wolf for 3 Seconds, also has the 3 shot consumable mark, which ends the true damage.
R: Active: kindred and wolf gain 10, 20, 30 movement speed towards allies or enemies, giving kindred 50 range and buffing auto attack damage by 10, 15, 25.
R passive: Wolf can now chase down champions that are turned away from kindred dealing percentage current hp damage scaling with marks and attack speed, until enemy leaves unit range or waits for wolf to stop his chase (4 seconds at all levels) (20 seconds CD).
