@Meddler Thoughts on Tahm Kench in 6.13

Now that Tahm's changes have been out for about a week how do you feel about his current state in terms of his power and healthiness as both a support and a top laner.

I've been playing him a lot again this patch mostly in the top lane and sometime support and he does feel strong (especially before 6), but he doesn't feel as invincible after the changes to his E, which is a good thing. Looking at statistics he still has mediocre winrates (slightly better in the support role, but worse in top lane).

Do you think he's still weak or are people just adjusting to his slightly different playstyle (Using E earlier and more often and not immediately devouring to maintain max stacks/more damage).

If he is still weak how do you plan to adjust him further without making him too strong again?
