It's been a month and a half and ability tooltip is still not updated

Galio had been dealing 50% reduced damage to non Champions since December 5th and his ability description on his E still doesnt tell players that this is the case.

I wonder how many players dont even know this is a thing (since not everyone keeps up with patch notes, especially outdated ones)
