Can some one f*cking help me..

I don't know whats keeping me in Silver 3/2.I win my lane 80% of the time,when i do lose i know how to recover from a lost lane, i know how to farm good,i know how to kite, my positioning is good, i do the best i can in team fights but when every other lane looses and goes 1-3 but me there is only so much i can do if a Zed,Kha'Zix or someone like syndra just 1 hits me and you can't really do anything..I don't know at this point. iv already sat down and said im bad what do i do to get better.Iv fixed them, I learned how to kite iv learned unlocked screen better, iv learned map awareness,iv just learned so much.Is there any diamond 3s+ I can just get lolreplay and send my games to you and you just tell me what to work on..? and what you would have done in my situations?I'm an adc main,its been my favorite role for the longest i can remember playing it sense season 2.if you want my lolking,here it is http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/41768656 Please help :c
