I want to thank Riot for Bard.

Thank you To start off I want to thank Riot for Bard . One of the most unique champions in the game that feels very different than other champions. His kit though looks lacking has a lot of versatility and lets you pull of tricks like Houdini. The only other champion I can think of at the moment that brings a completely new play style to the game besides for is .

The Fight Now what made me want to make a thank you post for Riot? Well I like to pride myself that I am a Bard Main and that I am a better Bard than other people in my rank. I entered a normals game with a few friends of mine and I ended up playing against another Bard. My thoughts were "Im going to wreck this kid" but no he was not as good but better than me. Which made the game even that more interesting. When he would go out chime hunting I would follow him collecting my chimes/keeping an eye on him/warding... he would do the same to me, he and I would trade ultimates during the game, and we both built Bard Utility/AP/Movement speed. So basically we were flying throughout the entire map.

The greatest part of the game was when we for some reason were the only ones left alive at the end game(both of us were 18) dead center in midlane. We moved super fast, our E's transported us throughout the entire map as we chased one another, we both had clutch heals and Q's. Basically it felt like the Aang Vs Ozai fight(Its linked). No one won that fight. We fought for over a minute while our teammates were dead but this remains as possibly the coolest moment in all of LoL for me so far.

Bard in the future I want to state that I believe Bard is over buffed. Although he won't soar to greatness because of the warding nerds they made in Season 6. Riot I understand you want other people to play Bard but please do not buff him so he is a FOTM where he will need a heavy nerf bat. I will still play him but I feel like it is coming. Riot if you ever do buff the warding game again Bard will feel super strong. All he will need if the warding game gets buffed even more is a slight nerf on his Q(Add one more sec to his CD) and/or reduce his base armor by 2-3. Thats it. Please be careful

Final Thoughts Out of all the champions you released since Jinx(Thats when I started) I personally believe Bard was your best release. He started out super weak which if you were able to play him well in his weak state you would catch a lot of people off guard. I felt proud to be a main of a champion no one understood. Please don't make him a flavor of the month please.
