Someone explain to me how this in the slightest is "balanced"

Mr Video - Summoner Stats - League of Legends

Look at the most recent game (as of today, 12/15/2018) and review my game as Quinn going 2/11/6. You'll see a Neeko (of course) that's a Plat 4. You cannot convince me that there are significant and separate differences between ranking systems between "Ranked" and Draft/Blind pick. Ranked simply means those that are competitive about it are playing for a rank to compete. Unranked means it is still casual and not documented, but there must still be a basis for ranking you against other players. This isn't Call of Duty, or a Battleground in World of Warcraft where it's potluck with who you get paired up against. We know this.

I'm begging for an answer as to how in the world is this considered balanced?

Why are you playing ranked in preseason and expecting it to be fairly matched?

That's like shoving a cactus up your ass and wondering why it hurts.

Their mage got fed, built item 3041 , and proceeded to stomp you guys after the majority of your team fed. You guys had no assassins and no real ADC to contend with her damage, and nobody but your Sion-Tahm Kench botlane even tried to build MR, and it looks like they didn't start until the end of the game.

Were you hoping that, somehow, the burst mage with 21 kills and a full AP build WOULDN'T be strong? She went Dark Harvest and stomped over your midlaner. You don't need to be Neeko to do that.
