can we have a option to swap pick order?

i really hate being high in pick order because i cant counter-pick and my own champions are stupid easy to counter-pick and are never banned. and i know a lot of people who would like to be first/ second pick because they only want to play OP champs that are banned and broken.

so can we make both sides happen and allow me to swap with them? they never own my champion anyways and they refuse to communicate. so just a quick "swap pick order" would be extremely useful.
