Make rewards for rank and normal draft the same!

I know there will be no honor soon but my concept is this. Currently there is a greater incentive to play rank games because you get more honor etc. When i'm trying to learn a new champ i play some bots then drafts for a while then when i got red mastery i try in rank. A lot of ppl try new champs in rank or other wierd crap they saw some stupid youtube video of first time ever in ranked. So my feeling is that if there is equal compensation at least a percentage of people might take this annoying garbage there instead of rank.

also for me personally the biggest thing that sucks about this game is the meta. It's rock solid to the point of removing the playability oof a lot fo the champs that people love to play. It would be nice if you could play champs that you think are fun instead of being bound to this hardline meta crap.
