Rank Gold&under

I Don't if you can help me with this but i am having the worst time playing ranked in this game... I am a good player in my rank with is unranked Right now. Ive played this game sense season 4 i am a loyal player I've spent 600$+ on this game. I can get around playing ranked and getting teammates that don't know how to play I don't feel like I am getting any better as a player because i never find my self in a 5v5 its always messed up my team or enemy. I am tired of having teammates play champions they don't know how to play in ranked. I want to get better at this game im not asking for a boost i am asking to make it harder to play ranked. For example: you have to have a level badge with the champion to play them in ranked. This would help so much with the unskilled players. Most people don't want to feed I never want to feed and I understand someone u lane against being better than you but I played a game a few minutes ago with a nasus that had no idea how to stack a twitch that did not understand he was not a tank and a Morgana that did not understand how her ultimate worked. Most of the players in this game are Gold or under and i think everyone that is in my shoes would love to make small changes to this ranked systems. Climbing is really fun and can be very enjoyable if the system was changed a little. I want other people that want to climb the elo latter to have a good time
