Dear riot, you ruined your game

Back in the day when league was fun, there were 3 bans and when I started there were about 70 champions. Now there is DOUBLE that and yet still 3 bans? This wouldn't be an issue if you spent more time balancing champions and making changes....However you dont. There are so many OP champs and I cant believe they dont get addressed. Fizz, Soraka, Dr. Mundo, Jax, Tahm, Malphite, Rengar, and the list goes on. Here we are with 3 bans. Not only that, in this new season you made it so snowballing is more rediculous than it ever has been.....This is not ok. It's a team game right? Not when the winner is determined by the lane that gets fed first. All my games in this current season is either you get stomped or you are doing the stomping. It's not fun whatsoever. game is over in the first 15 minutes or so normally. some games are different sure.....but majority are just a rape fest and it isnt fun. You need to reduce the gold reward for getting a kill. 300 is too much in my opinion. i think it should be +200 gold to the killer and +100 for the team. Make this a team game again...not a laning phase. I forsee the end of this game's reign soon.
