Revert her passive to when it was actually useful. Keep her new ult but make it only usable when burrowed & marked by burrowed q (revert reliability to compensate) (separate cool down from above ground) Bring back her old ult but only usable above ground/out of combat.

That is not what I would do with her.

I would make her passive 1% + 1% per tAD at the cost of 25% of her Rage

I would make her W Unburrow Prioritize Champions and be Edge to Edge

I would make her E be an Execute if target is below 20% HPS and Heal a little of it is a Minion or Monster
