Huge loss streak!!!!!!

Recently i've gone on a huge loss streak. At the beginning of it, it was mostly because of bad teammates feeding to the point of no return. Now i've gotten so tilted i've been doing very bad almost every game i play. Before this loss streak my winrate was 56%-57% now it is 51%... Since i kept getting bad teams i started flaming almost every game cause i got so sick of it and got a chat restriction for 10 days... Now its just loss after loss... Is it because riot is targeting me and giving bad players cause i was toxic and had a very good winrate of 56%-57%???
