Kassadin E tweak over W change.
After recently picking up kassadin again, i'm perplexed as to why his E wasn't changed so he can blink his E when it's off cooldown. Or simply E a minion wave for better farming capabilities.
Would that add too much power to a champion who has been sitting under rated/under discussed for more than a year?
Playing this champion I find myself literally standing idle in lane waiting for my lane opponent to use an ability or enemies spamming abilities or i spam W while rift walking around the rift just to charge up a skillshot? It's seems a bit juvenile to buff the W scaling ratio opposed to adding something like 20 dmg max rank E? For waveclear purposes. Kassadin feels extremely lackluster and his farming in general is aweful. Trying to Keep pace with so many other assassin's who have exceedingly amazing waveclear potential, seems almost impossible when playing this champion and really makes me believe other champions are far greater at doing his job than playing kassadin himself. Yes he blinks for days, but he should be capable of shoving a wave a bit better compared To 
. Whom all have the potential to clear a wave with ease and go do something useful. Kassadin appears to have to use every ability in his kit to slowly push a wave to only miss out on rift action because his waveclear is horrible. I max E 1st since it appears to be the right way to go on him, but i find it unusually frustrating to just to lane with him. Not because he is melee, but because he has awful farming capabilities not to mention his 1v1 potential early game is probably the worst i've ever experienced.
So i propose a buff to his E( to a flat damage of 200 at max rank from 180, for better calculation purposes and for wave clear capabilities) and hopefully a little tweak like this could really get the champion in a bit of healthier state in terms of what he's meant to do without overloading him and making him too overbearing.
