Honestly hes not only op in Low elo. Ive seen so many dumb plays or dumb players reach high elos by winning dumb trades or fights with no skill and think they're godly (That gets on my nerves so much) because they play jax. If this gets popular I think riot should take action according to the polls. This is a problem with all elos ive seen and experienced also.
I don't get why people immediately go to "remove this champion!" Highly doubt they will remove a champion just because someone got stomped by them.
If a champion is really op, then that is what patches and pbe are for.
Jax is only good in low elos. Period.
How to counter jax...when he starts twirling his baton stay away...win...profit....GG.

Apparently you missed the notes. Jax is nerfed then again. There are other op champs like Jhin ( his passive, which you didn't read).
