Anyone else have a match where the world seems to stop, & then you're dead?

Seriously though, too many times to count, I've had moments where I'm in a fight, & the screen doesn't freeze, everything just stops. I'm literally about to finish the killing blow, & my character does his standing animation as well as anything else like minions, other champs, & even the map all just click the s key. "YOU HAVE BEEN SLAIN!"

Enemy: "lol! You could have killed me you noob!" Team-mate: "Dude, I saw that, what happened? you could have killed her"
