Azir's soldier auto attack animation bug

I have encountered an issue with my Azir on more than a few times where I drop a soldier send them in with q and try to get the kill , however when the soldiers arrive to their destination, they do the attack animation with no damage occurring on the target. I lost first bloods a lot of times due to this , maybe it's because of casting his spells too quickly ? I have no screenshots of this because of how quick it happens. Please fix it .
