I'm not on PBE, but here's a potential fix if Swain is overnerfed here

I really think the mana cost should go down if he's going to be tied to cdr for effective ult use. If Swain has to be smarter with his ult, I think he should be able to keep it up longer.

There's a chance he's fine (and I'd like him to be so my main isn't banned every game), but I'm worried that losing the versatility of that ult is going to negatively impact him more than we're expecting. I guess we'll see.
