League has a lot of skins now, we need to change the way they are selected

Why?

• The client is always resetting the last chosen skin
• Some champions have a lot of skins
• The number of champions in LoL is enormous now. I don't remember who has what skins anymore unless I played them very recently
• Even if you don't own many skins, you have to scroll through so many to find the one you bought

And all of the reasons above result in players playing with the wrong skin while still scrambling for the right runes
