Actually I have something to say of my own in regards to this topic of solo queue being impossible without "" because it really is, I am not a gold or plat or diamond player of some sort but my skill is sure of a Plat at least and I will tell you why, I have maybe over 3 to 4 k games in total wins and loses mostly normal games and some ranked but I never played ranked properly due to this exact topic that climbing the ladder is truly impossible and when riot was making this system were not putting enough thought into it and I will tell you why, because you can duo queue with a smurf or two smurfs can duo queue with each other which is very wrong and obviously riot can not have some super duper system to detect who is smurfing and so on but at least make the SOLO Q an actual solo queue where everyone queues alone obviously it wont save us from smurfs that have a very low life that makes them feel good about destroying low ranked people and not allowing them to progress but it will for sure make it a bit easier, continuing with why I think I am at least plat lvl of skill well I mostly play top lane main but I can play any lane but top lane is my favourite and I always make sure to do well, now obviously if you check my profile now you will say "lol this noob look at his stats" but stats say nothing about how the game went ? You have no clue what happened in the game and you have no clue why my game resulted to a loss and why my stats are so screwed when im boasting to have the "skill of a plat", see this is where the real issue comes I will be playing my lane and my jungler would no gank at all so okay I stay under tower taking it safe but im losing on farm my opponent is getting more fed by farming more and gaining dolla on top of that to get even more fed hence farm has an effect on your game and you would know that if you have played league since a long time, so now my safe laning is becoming unsafe because I can easily get tower dived and the guy will survive and get the kill and i can nor run nor do anything if I try and fight, my mid lane would not roam at all to help, now how exactly do people like myself progress in the ladder ? Simple answer we dont we never do the closest I have ever gotten was silver 1 and lost maybe about 15 promos every time it was exactly the same scenario and there is nothing I could do about it, so how can I read on other forums and so on about people saying " you do well and you will get up there" how exactly ? By losing every single game ? Staying positive and doing well while your team doesnt care ? Hey I am not perfect I have games where I fuck up hard but even then I try to stop and pull it back for the team and I have done so so many times, so what I hate the most is when people say "you are gonna need to carry" or " stop whining and try and carry" carry what exactly ? 5 V 1 a team ? and carry ? go in a team fight get picked off and expect a miracle ? Solo que from shit divisions like iron, bronze, silver and gold will always be impossible for you to progress with unless someone doesnt boost you or carry you you wont do anything and that is actually sad to those people like myself that have at least the skill of a plat player if not better, I have played this game since launch and my teams have been 30000x better in normal draft picks than ranked games riot need to get their shit together and fix this crap because others want to progress and not have to spend 20 hrs a day in order to become gold 3 or some crap ... I am sorry for this fat paragraph but this is how alot of people feel and it aint fun.
