Riot matcmaking?

Wtf is with this matchmaking,last season i was gold 2. 8 days for now it's matching me with "armless" silvers who troll and rundown at max,8 fcking days,what's going on there? Cant even carry em how hard they are throwing and rundowning,now 80% of you will say that itt's my foult,but i have smurf acc,and there i hit now p4 with 70% winrate..So it's not me...
