Sion needs to do more damage.
You can pretty much just ignore him and pretend he's not there, and move out of the fire (his Q telegraph) and you'll be okay.

Yeah, till his Passive grants you a double kill.
Remove his passive or nerf it, then you they can buff his damage. Plus he's a tank, he's not supposed to be doing godly amounts of damage.
