i need guidance please.

Hello, i was recently on one of my other accounts (it is a account in S1, and i was in promos for G5.) i had lost 1 of the games, but had won 2 others. I was adc for the last two games, but both times lucian, and both times the support did well, and fed me. When lane phase was over i would have around 170 CS (20-23 min in) and was about 8/2/3 (keep in mind both games was like this.) We would team fight (when i say team fight it was a 4v5 because their ADC was off farming.) Eventually we would get and inhib and all the sudden the enemy adc would go off. Prime example was i was 10/1 during laning phase on a vayne, she afk'd farm and ended up carring the team going 24/15/3. My team would start arguing about who fed and what not, and wouldn't listen, hell our mid laner on the last game left because of a premade jung and top. What can i do to stop this from happening, or what didn't i do to stop it before hand ?
