Hextech Crafting Idea? (Refunds?)

It's not that confusing really, a lot of people wasted refunds when they first started. After saying that now I think I may get shitposters saying "ahh I still have my refunds piss face!!" but I feel it would be interesting to incorporate something that a lot of players might want with Hextech crafting since it would be a good way to promote it. It could be rarer then gemstones, or a combination of blue and orange essence, or made from gemstones. Either way I think it would be a good idea to put into testing.
