Hecarim needs to be buffed...
Now before I hear "But sir I stomp with m'littlepony " I wish to point out that you may simply be good or you may have a low sample size of games. Lets face it here, even if you do good with ad Veigar and stomp does it mean it is good? No it doesn't.
One metric that is usually used to measure the strength of a champion is win rate. If the champion has a relatively good winrate that means that they are somewhat good, and if they don't that means that they are not so good. There are champions like Lee Sin, Zed, and others that maybe strong even without a good win rate but this usually applies to higher elos. I looked at opgg winrates and championgg winrates, and hecarim in challenger has a 46 percent win rate top and a even worse win rate in the jungle. In silver Hecarim top has a 46 percent win rate and a worse winrate in the jungle. In platinum Hecarim has a 45 percent winrate, and again a worse win rate in the jungle. Looking at all these elos we can see that Hecarim is pretty bad.
Next patch I know that he will receive greater knockback depending on how long he runs or charges his e, but do you think will this really fix his main problems? Right now he runs out of mana way too quickly in the jungle and in top lane. His q doesn't really seem to be doing that much damage in exchange of mana costs.
I know the majority of league is adc mains and I have seen the complaints of you guys lead to the nerfs of my favorite champs and items Rengar, Devourer, etc... . I understand Riot has to keep you guys happy by making Hecarim so weak that he can't wreak havoc on back lines like he is supposed to, but I wish to point out that the pony is really under powered and overnerfed currently and nerfs need to be reverted or he needs to be buffed. I propose that they give him back no unit collision and decrease mana costs on his q along with giving him back more damage on it. What do you guys think about Hecarim with your unbiased view? How should riot buff him or tweak him in order to reintroduce
back into the game?
