Quick question, @Riot, is Kha'Zix being looked at?

He seems to be underperforming considering how intricate his abilities are in dealing essentially the same or even lower amounts of damage as an Assassin. People are complaining about how low his base damages are compared to someone like Rengar or Zed or whatever.
