So what do I do when I get punished for my teammates bad decisions? (Help)

It feels like constantly I get punished in my lane if my bot lane goes 0/10 then enemy bot will roam mid and stay mid trying to kill me. I can communicate for them to come mid, push their lane, or get a objective but they wont. They will just give the team a lead and stay bot either last hitting when it needs to be pushed or typing all game.

Its league, there is nothing I can do to stop bad teammates, I cant make them listen to me, I cant move their mouse for them, and etc. But what should I do? Because it just feels like it becomes a 2v5 or 1v5 in my lane with the rest of the team jerking off or something.
