Gold and Silver problem

hello people im Gold 4 and i played 300 ranked game and in most of them bot lane decides the match im mean its 2 way : 1 they get fed 2 the adc dosent have any idead how to farm or what is he/she is doing, like last game who in the right mind would buy this item for ashe as starting item against and well i mean i just want something from our dear adc's pls pls pls just last hit till mid game and try to carry the game later i mean its not necessary to get fed maybe is a champ for late game and ah what am i saying go troll everyones game and dont give a fuck cuz report system is bullshit anyway i mean i insulted someone cuz of trolling he played this guy top and was 4/19/7 but nothing happend to me
